When Mas i Mas took over Jamboree and Tarantos in May 1993, the two venues recovered the spirit with which this legendary space had opened its doors more than half a century ago: making dance and live music coexist in perfect harmony. Since then we have been both a live Jazz & Flamenco club and a disco or, what is the same, two places where you can enjoy different screenings of good concerts and, without changing places, dance to the rhythm of the best R&B selection. , Hip hop, Dancehall or the best Rock-Indie and Pop music that can be heard today in Barcelona. For a reason we were pioneers in the city by presenting an offer designed for all those who want to dance, and at the same time enjoy the magnetic force of black music -on the Jamboree track, Room 1- and alternative rock -in Room 2, which is accessed by an internal staircase. The dance floors of Jamboree Dance Club Sala 1 and Sala 2 open from Monday to Sunday, from midnight to five in the morning - six in the morning on Fridays, Saturdays and bank holiday eves -, and we have a heterogeneous clientele , made up of both Barcelonans and visitors from the five continents. We are in the center of Barcelona -in the Plaza Real-, very close to the Rambla and the Liceu metro station. Two environments with the best local, national and international DJs.
At Jamboree Dance Club, lovers of Hip Hop, Trap, R&B, Dancehall and Afrobeats can move to the rhythm of the dishes of Dj Yoda, our DJ and one of the fathers of the scene, has shared the stage with figures of the stature as Dj Jazzy Jeff, Dj Maseo (de la Soul), Gurú Jazzmataz, Dj Premier, Orishas, etc… He is a regular at the best national and international venues. Flavio Rodríguez, one of the best singers on the R&B scene and possibly our most international DJ on the scene, always at the forefront of music and with very new proposals, collaborating with the best producers and putting his personal stamp on everything he does. move. Part of the regular staff of Jamboree Dance Room 1 are: Dj Eley, Dj Mastie, DJ Muly, Dj Kunta K, and Dj Style. In Room 2 they are: Joe Cabana, Legoteque, Hal 9000, Maadraasoo, Majestyc and Bulma Beat.
